Her Approach

Pa Chee is passionate about supporting individuals who are exploring their identity, managing complex family dynamics, or struggling with the pressure to meet others’ expectations. Her clients often come to her for help with:

  • Identity exploration and self-discovery
  • Communication and boundary setting (with self and others)
  • People-pleasing and perfectionism
  • Academic and career-related stress
  • Relationship challenges and breakups
  • Grief, loss, and family conflict
  • Life transitions
  • Navigating cultural or intergenerational expectations

With a grounded, nonjudgmental presence, Pa Chee creates a safe space where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered. She takes a holistic, systems-based approach—looking at the broader social, cultural, and familial factors that shape your experiences—to help you find balance and clarity in a fast-changing world.

Whether you’re facing a major life transition or simply feeling stuck, Pa Chee brings a fresh, thoughtful perspective to help you move forward with confidence and compassion.
